Abstract

Recognition that it is important to improve the desire of the work of the employee to activate the organization in all companies; and to make the good work environment to be able to do the opinion exchange freely is established in the enterprise. Therefore; it is thought that improving motivation becomes a increase of the customer satisfaction improvement and decrease the mistake of the work; and it contributes to the activation of the organization. Moreover; because the individual or groups that form the management organization are effectively united; communications are important as Miyasaka is describing. Then; we verified how face to face type information sharing and motivation influenced the organization and tried the models construction.
