Abstract

Post Danmark A/S is a sound and well-managed business where social responsibility as well as customer and employee satisfaction are a natural part of the management culture. However; it has not always been so. On the following pages; an overview is given of the change process that Post Danmark A/S has gone through from the mid 1990s until today.
